Terms, Conditions and Other Information.

1. The Rates are inclusive of Excise Duty.

2. C.S.T/V.A.T. will be charged extra as applicable.

3. Area: You will promote sell and distribute our products in the allocated territory only and would not sell the same outside your territory even by any or your suppliers or sources.

4. Monthly Targets: You will be required to reach a minimum purchase of Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) per district per month at our billing amount and thereafter to achieve a rise at 25% in sale every year.

5. Billing: All billing will be made from Corporate office at New Delhi. The billing will be done on Net Rates + 2% C.S.T. extra against 'C' Form or 5% C.S.T. without 'C' Form. Any change in Tax slab by Government will take effect accordingly.

6. Dispatch Details : Your dispatch details will be sent to you through courier the very next morning of your dispatch.

7. Mode of Transporter : Goods will be sent through our regular Transporter / Cargo or any other transporter/cargo recommended by the party. Franchises must mention the transporter of their choice along with their purchase order only. All our despatches shall be made on to Pay basis.

8. Payment Terms : All the supplies will be made by M/S GREENLAB HEALTHCARE, against advance payment through demand draft or at par Cheque only.

9. Changes of Rates/Terms and Conditions:
  • Greenlab Healthcare reserves all rights to change prices, MRP, Terms & Conditions etc. without any prior notice.

11. Breakage, Damage and Expiry
  • No claims of expiry will be entertained since we do not have any control over the sale and promotion of the product.
  • Goods once sold will not be taken back
  • No unsold or slow moving or date expired goods from you or your customers will be taken back
12. Promotional Material
  • Visual Aid one copy free with first order of minimum Rs.20000/-(RUPEES TWENTY THOUSAND ONLY). Additional Visual Aid will cost Rs. 1000/-
  • One working bag free with first order of minimum R 20000/-
  • Visiting Cards/order books shall be provided in normal quantity free of cost.
  • Reminder card/gift/sample catch cover etc to promote sale on cost.
  • Other stationary items may be developed & provided on actual cost basis
  • Product knowledge for field force can also be done on request.
